The Management structure of the project is designed to tackle the problem of a number of geographically distributed partners with light project management resources. To meet this challenge the management of individual work packages has been devolved to experienced Workpackage Managers, appointed by the lead partner in each of the work-packages. Ensuring that all the work is coordinated effectively and in a complimentary manner will be a major component of the Project Manager’s role.
